[FIXED] No Update Required Your WordPress database is already up-to-date

If your WordPress Blog is stuck on No Update Required -> Database update loop then you are searching a way to fix it

Just go to wp-content folder of your WordPress and remove

object-cache.php

After this your admin dashboard will be accessible again
